Direct Bank Transfer (BACS / Faster Payments)
Our preferred method for all residential and commercial maintenance. Bank transfer details and your unique invoice reference number are provided on all official proposals.
Debit & Credit Cards
We accept major UK Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards via secure encrypted card terminal or online payment link.
Secure Online Invoicing
Click-to-pay digital invoices sent directly to your email with instant confirmation and downloadable VAT receipts.
Itemised Milestone Billing
For comprehensive landscaping projects over £1,000, billing is split into pre-agreed phase milestones with transparent completion criteria.
2 Quotation & Invoicing Process
Written Fixed Estimates: All quotes provided following an on-site or virtual garden assessment remain valid for 30 calendar days. Our quotes clearly separate labor, green waste disposal fees, and materials (e.g. turf rolls, mulch, timber, paving stones).
Payment Schedule: Routine lawn and hedge maintenance visits are billed upon satisfactory completion of each session. Large landscape renovation projects require a 20% deposit to secure specialist materials and plant orders, with the balance due upon final client walk-through.
Currency & VAT: All transactions are conducted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Invoices include standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT Registration: GB445 1999 58).
